1. Manager (Accommodation Outfit)
Educational Qualification
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Naval Architecture / Marine Engineering
- Minimum 60% marks from a recognized university
Experience
- Minimum 9 years of post-qualification managerial experience
- Experience must be in Accommodation Outfitting in:
- Shipbuilding / Ship Repair
- Offshore installations
- Marine engineering companies
- Government / PSU organizations
Desirable Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project, MS Office
- Experience in ERP/SAP environments
- Knowledge of modular accommodation design & execution
2. Deputy Manager (Marine)
Educational Qualification
- Degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering with 60% marks
OR - Graduation from DMET with 3rd Engineer Certificate of Competency
Experience
- Minimum 5 years sailing experience as Marine Engineer
- At least 2 years as Third Engineer on oceangoing ships
Desirable Skills
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project
- Experience in ERP/SAP systems

Pay Scale
- Manager (E3): ₹60,000 – 3% – ₹1,80,000
- Deputy Manager (E2): ₹50,000 – 3% – ₹1,60,000
