Salary, Training & Benefits
During Training:
Selected candidates will undergo a 1-year Management Training program.
- Stipend: 75% of Basic Pay + DA under E-1 scale ₹16,400 – 3% – ₹40,500 (Pre-revised).
- The remaining 25% will be paid in quarterly installments after successful completion of training.
- Free hostel accommodation and medical facilities will be provided during training.
After Absorption:
Once the training period is completed successfully, candidates will be absorbed as Engineers or Officers in E-1 Grade, receiving full pay and allowances.
