Educational Qualifications
For Management Trainee (MT):
- HR: PG Degree/Diploma in HR/PM & IR/HRM or MBA with specialization in HR (Min. 60% marks; 50% for SC/ST/PWD)
- Finance: Degree with CA/CMA
- Legal: LLB Degree with minimum 50% marks
- Secretarial: Graduate with ACS/FCS (ICSI Member)
- PR: Degree with PG Diploma in Journalism & Mass Communication
For Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET):
- Electrical: Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 60% marks
- Civil: Diploma in Civil Engineering with 60% marks
