Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Commissioner: Master’s Degree with minimum 50% marks and B.Ed from an NCTE-recognized institution.
Principal: Master’s Degree with 50% marks and B.Ed with 50% marks, or an integrated B.Ed-M.Ed program with 50% marks.
Vice Principal: Master’s Degree with 50% marks and B.Ed with 50% marks, or integrated B.Ed-M.Ed with 50% marks.
Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs): Integrated Post Graduate degree in the relevant subject from an NCTE-recognized institute, or Master’s Degree with 50% marks and B.Ed.
Primary Teachers (PRTs): Senior Secondary (Class XII) with 50% marks and Bachelor’s Degree in Music/Performing Arts.

Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates for the final stage must present a medical certificate confirming functional fitness for the applied post. Failure to provide this may lead to disqualification.
The selection process includes essential and desirable qualifications, pay scales, age requirements, and other criteria listed in the official notification. For NVS posts, candidates receive additional allowances, including a 10% special residential duty allowance (except for Assistant Commissioner posts in Academics).
For specific posts, the examination comprises two tiers followed by an interview. Merit is calculated by giving 85% weightage to Tier-2 marks and 15% to the interview.

Part II: Computer Operations – 40 questions – 120 marks
Part III: English Language – 20 questions – 60 marks
